Who provides the services

Tours and transfers under the ProSvaneti brand are organised by Evgeniy Osin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia. Address: Kakhiani street 20A, Mestia, Svaneti, Georgia. Email: prosvaneti@gmail.com.

How a booking is confirmed

You send a request on the website, on Telegram or on WhatsApp. The manager confirms the driver or guide, the price, the pickup place and time — from that moment the trip is booked.

Payment

• For tours and transfers around Svaneti we take no prepayment.
• For intercity transfers we usually take no prepayment either.
• Pay in cash to the driver (Georgian lari) or by bank transfer to a Georgian card or account using the details the manager sends.

Shared tours and transfers

• For most tours a shared group runs with at least 4 people.
• We tell you whether the group is confirmed the evening before departure — the manager contacts every participant.
• If the group doesn't fill, we offer another destination, a private transfer, or the same trip for a small surcharge.

If you're running late

The manager and/or the driver will contact you to ask how much more time you need. If you don't answer calls within 15–20 minutes, the shared transfer leaves.

Cancellation by you

You can cancel a tour or transfer yourself: tours and transfers around Svaneti have no prepayment and no non-refundable deposit. Please tell us as early as you can.

Once a shared transfer is confirmed, your cancellation often means the group no longer fills and the trip is cancelled for the other participants.

Changes due to weather and roads

In bad weather or on a dangerous road, a tour may be cancelled, moved to another day, or replaced by an alternative route — the manager or guide decides together with the group. Safety decisions made on the spot by the driver or guide are final.

Departures for sunrise and sunset tours move through the year with sunrise and sunset times; we confirm the exact time the day before.

Driver waiting time

The first 30 minutes of waiting are free, then 10 GEL per hour.

Photos

We may use photos from shared tours for advertising on our own platforms — the website, our Telegram channel and social media — unless you have told us you object. To opt out, tell the manager or guide, or email prosvaneti@gmail.com.

Children, child seats and pets

On request and by agreement — please tell us when you book.

Health and safety

Before a hike or a trip on a rough road, tell the manager about any medical limitations. Follow the driver's and guide's instructions. We recommend travel insurance that covers mountain routes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia.
